In the event you are not, please contact@francipure.com within 3 days of delivery and we will start a return note for you based on our returns terms & conditions.
Given the Covid situation there may be delays in receiving items back

In the event you wish to make a return, the product must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed with the original tags. 

The products must be in all the original Franci packaging.

We do not take any responsibility for the time, condition and transit of the returning package.

Returns that are soiled, damaged or altered, unfortunately will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
