Your satisfaction is our priority. We are confident you will love your piece, but should you wish to request a return, we are here to assist.
Initiating a Return
Please contact us at contact@scarvesbyfranci.com within 3 days of delivery. We will issue an official return documentation note detailing our return conditions and instructions. Please note that transit and delivery times for returning international packages may vary.
Item Condition
To be eligible for a return, your scarf must be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all original tags attached. It must be sent back entirely within the original Franci packaging.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. We recommend returning your item for a refund and placing a new order online for your preferred selection.
Refund Processing
To request a refund, please contact us via email or complete our online inquiry form. Once your package is received and inspected at our facility, refunds are processed within 14 days. Items that are soiled, altered, or damaged cannot be accepted and will be returned to the client.
Cancellations & Care
If you experience any issues or wish to inquire about an order cancellation before dispatch, please reach out directly via email or our online form. Please note that we cannot assume responsibility for items lost, damaged, or delayed in transit during the return shipment.
