Yes, you can filter by fibre, colour or collection.

No, currently we are an ecommerce site.

You can use the currency icon to change the currency to any from the drop down list.

How can I pay?

You can pay at checkout using the following methods and credit cards:
ApplePay* PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.

Is my payment secure?
Yes our website uses a secure system with url beginning https and a padlock indicating the website is secure.

Will my payment be in my home country currency?
At checkout payment will be in primary currency displayed on the website which is US$.

Is shipping international?

Yes we ship internationally, if you do not see your country in dropdown list please contact us and we will help you with your order.

Who do you use for shipping:
We use DHL courier or you can opt to use Express Postal Service.
Express Postal Service is local express postal service in country of shipping and is handed to local express postal service in destination country.

How long will delivery take?
DHL will take from 7-10 days depending on destination.
Express Postal Service will take 7-14 days depending on destination.

Is shipping tracked?
Yes both shipping services are tracked.

How can I track my shipping?
After receiving order confirmation and it has been shipped, you will receive a further email shipping notification of goods purchased and tracking number.

Is a signature required at delivery?
Both DHL and Express Postal Service will require signature at delivery.

When do you start shipping after placing order?
Shipment will be sent within 3 days of placing order excluding Sundays and public holidays.


Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Can I return an item?
Yes, full price items can be returned subject to terms and conditions of return.

How long do I have to return the item?
Contact here for returns within 3 days of receiving item.

Will there be a return note?
Yes, after contact a return note will be sent to you by email and is to be included with the returned item.

When will I receive the refund?
Subject to all terms and conditions of return you will receive refund within 14 days from when item is received back.

Can I exchange an item?
No, items cannot exchanged.
